Every Client & Every Inspection is Different

Many inspectors will complete more than one inspection per day. They often accomplish this by giving the client the minimum amount of information at the inspection and on the report. I do not schedule more than one inspection per day and every report is customized for the client. For example, a seasoned home buyer does not need as much education on a home’s systems as a first time buyer. I spend the time necessary to insure my clients have all the information they need to make a quality decision on their home purchse.

How Flexible Is Your Schedule?

My schedule is hectic, why should I expect that your schedule would be less hectic than mine. I know that not everyone works 8-5 so we will try to match your schedule with the inspection timing to minimize the impact on your life! Need an inspection on Sunday, I can help, need an inspection to minimize your time away from your job I can make that happen. Need a last second inspection because of a short option period, I’ll make time to help you. I even work on holidays if needed.

You can schedule an inspection on the website seven days per week, 24 hours a day. Fill out the scheduling form on-line and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If on-line scheduling is not for you, call me, I answer the phone on weekends and holidays. I do sleep occasionally, so if I don’t answer at 3 a.m., please leave me a message and I’ll call you back.

We serve all of North Texas including, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Johnson, Rockwall, among others. If your inspections needs are in any of these counties, call us. We typically do not charge for mileage. If you live outside of these counties, contact us, we will go where our customers need us to go. These are only the counties that we routinely cover.
