When we thought there were some foundation problems, we went to the builder and they indicated there was no problem. You came in, evaluated the state of the foundation and with your recommendation, we hired a structural engineer.

As you know, he agreed with your assessment that there was a problem and with his report, your help, encouragement, and guidance, the warranty company agreed to repair the damage. You’ve been with us for nearly a year helping us get this repair completed and we want to thank you. Without your recommended actions, we may have been forced to live in a home with a structurally deficient foundation. Worst case it would have cost us about $40,000.00 out of our pocket to repair the foundation and the cosmetic things inside our home.

My primary concern with the home inspection was that it was completely thorough and Mr. Burdette exceeded my expectations.
