Sample Reports

Here are two sample reports that you may download to see if my reports will meet your needs. As you will see nearly every area of the report has inspector comments. There are also well annotated photographs to help you better understand the report text. Some parts of the report may not be as complete as an actual report, though these were taken from actual inspections. Some items were intentionally left out of the report to reduce the size. None of which affect the inspection substance.
